10xHealth launches 2025/2026 scale-up programme in Sweden and Denmark
Following the resounding success of the 10xHealth 2024 pilot programme, Medicon Village and SmiLe Venture Hub are proud to announce the launch of the next 10xHealth scale-up programme for 2025/2026. Applications are now open for life science companies from Sweden and Denmark seeking to accelerate their growth and maximise their commercial potential.
The life science industry is Sweden’s second-largest export sector, driven by innovation and entrepreneurship. However, many companies struggle to fully realise their potential. 10xHealth aims to support established life science companies with strong innovations, equipping them with the strategies, tools and resources needed for sustainable growth and a more effective management team.

Who Can Apply?
10xHealth is inviting applications from life science companies in Sweden and Denmark that meet the following criteria:
- A team of 5–30 employees
- A commercially driven management team
- A strong ambition to scale and expand their business
Programme Overview
Developed by SmiLe Venture Hub and Medicon Village, with partial funding from the European Regional Development Fund, 10xHealth provides a comprehensive scale-up programme tailored to the unique challenges faced by life science companies. The next round of the programme will take place from August 2025 to May 2026 and will span eight modules covering essential growth topics, including:
- Making business priorities and personal leadership
- Strategy formulation and business model innovation
- Building your team and scaling operations, including governance
- Financing options to support growth strategies
- Regulatory and market access strategies for internationalisation
- Sustainability as an integrated part of your business and storytelling for impact
- Safeguard valuable data and operations, boost efficacy with AI for executives, in an increasingly digital and interconnected life science industry
Each module includes a one-day, on site, in-person peer-to-peer workshop at Medicon Village, followed by individual digital one-to-one follow-up sessions to tailor insights to each company’s strategic goals. The modules are led by a network of local and international industry experts.
