What has stood out to you in your first months in the role?
– One thing that really surprised me here is the flat organizational culture. Coming from Japan’s more traditional, hierarchical style, I wasn’t expecting this level of openness and collaboration! The team’s energy is inspiring, with everyone pitching in and driving new ideas from the ground up – this culture has brought a refreshing sense of agility and creativity.
What are your reflections on the healthcare landscape in Sweden?
– I’ve been impressed by Sweden’s collaborative approach within the healthcare sector, especially its focus on patient-centered care. This gives us a unique opportunity to integrate our expertise and work closely with local partners to make a meaningful impact.
And a personal reflection on life in Sweden?
– I’ve been delighted by the clean streets, the fantastic food, the polite locals, and even the friendly (usually!) weather. Sweden feels like a home away from home, with so many parallels to Japan, which makes me love it even more!
We’re thrilled to have Yoshito on board, bringing fresh perspectives and a wealth of experience to our team. His insights remind us of the unique strengths we have here in Sweden and the exciting opportunities ahead!
